Yuehong Ma, female, Han nationality, master of engineering, researcher. Currently, She is  the Vice-President of  ICoST.       

Yuehong Maworked at the Chinese Academy of Sciences ,Shenyang Institute of Automation,from July 1987 to October 2011. In the early days, she was engaged in scientific research and successively served as the deputy director of the Planning and Scheduling Department, the director of the Personnel Education Department, and the assistant director of Shenyang Automation Research Institute. From October 2011 to August 2022, he served as the assistant president and vice president of the  Shenyang Branch (SYB) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS)
