Aisheng Feng, male, Han ethnicity, doctor of management, senior engineer, born in November 1970,  from Shanxi pianguan. He is the executive vice president and secretary of the party branch of the Institute of Corrosion Science and Technology.       

From July 1992 to March 2017, Feng worked at the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has successively served as the secretary of the Youth League Committee of Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, the director of the Library and Archives Information Center, the director of the office, the assistant to the director, the deputy secretary of the party committee, and the deputy director.      

During this period, he was a visiting scholar at the University of British Columbia, Canada from January to October 2003; From September 2006 to March 2008, he was seconded by the Ministry of Science and Technology to the First Secretary of the Science and Technology Division of the Chinese Embassy in the United States.       

From March 2017 to November 2020, he served as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Qingdao Institute of Bioenergy and Process Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
